Volume control through the whole application. Keep the screen on for the workout period. Start your workout with only a shake if you already have your gloves on. Choose from official round lengths. 30 seconds rest period for a Fast Paced Workout. Active workout also runs in the background, but still easily accessible from the notification bar.
